We place great emphasis on thorough onboarding and offer you – as needed – a free accompanying language course during this time. Specifically, this means that you attend your language course two days a week and can work on your ward for the remaining three days.

During the preparatory course, you will be employed as a nursing assistant at the DHZC and receive a permanent employment contract. Your previous work experience abroad will be recognised upon completion of this course. Once you have successfully completed the knowledge test, the DHZC team will welcome you as a state-recognised healthcare and nursing assistant!
