Our newly designed modular courses in perioperative echocardiography are aimed at anyone interested in this imaging technique and cover all examination modalities for cardiac surgery and catheter-based procedures.
We have been running transesophageal echocardiography courses with great success since 1999. The importance, complexity, and specialization of perioperative echocardiography has steadily increased.
The modules cover the entire updated spectrum, including 3D echocardiography, quantitative echocardiography, speckle tracking, and echocardiography in catheter-based interventions.
The use of transesophageal echocardiography in interventional procedures under local anesthesia, in patients in the recovery room, and in the intensive care unit has become significantly more important. We offer new modules on this topic for perioperative focused transesophageal echocardiography.
Our modules comply with the new DGAI guidelines and are certified by the DGAI and the Berlin Medical Association.
