Thanks to technical innovations and convincing scientific evidence, cardiac computed tomography has established itself as the leading diagnostic method in cardiovascular medicine. It enables non-invasive assessment of the coronary arteries and precise anatomical and functional analysis of the heart, making it a central component of modern cardiology.
The advanced course is a further part of our training program for the additional qualification in cardiac computed tomography (DGK). This course is also aimed at all colleagues from cardiology, radiology and cardiac surgery and offers all those who have already acquired basic knowledge in cardiac CT diagnostics the opportunity to deepen and expand their knowledge. Special emphasis will be placed on the diagnosis and interpretation of cardiac computed tomography as well as the correlation with other invasive and non-invasive diagnostic modalities.
